Budget Meals with Aldi: Chicken Stirfry

Stirfry is one of those meals that you can chuck anything into and it will taste good. It's also a great dish for both meat eaters and vegetarians by taking out the meat and maybe adding a vegetarian meat substitute. This is my super simple stir fry recipe that I've been making on a regular basis.

Ingredients
340g Oakhurst frozen ready cooked chicken pieces-  £1.69
Ready to work noodles - 49p
Let's Cook Mixed Pepper Stirfry - 89p
Soy sauce - 42p

Method
Sear meat in frying pan or wok until fully cooked for 3-4 minutes.
Add mixed pepper stirfry contents and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add ready to wok noodles to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add a splash of soy sauce
Serve with some prawn crackers

I usually always add chicken to my stirfrys   but adding slices of beef would make a nice change. Aldi prawn crackers are better in my opinion to those you get at the Chinese takeaway.
