Working + mum + wife = hard

You may have seen that I've been pretty quiet on the blog and social media recently because i have started working full time. Lately i have had no time for anything and feel like I'm juggling too many things at once.

I'd been wanting to get back into work full time for a number of reasons, mostly financial but mainly because it's important for Joey's development. I have been working full time for nearly a month now and I'm not going to lie, it's hard! Getting up so early, going to work for 8 hours and then getting home and having to be mum again is tiring. Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy that I'm working and I'm sure things will settle down soon but it's just bladdy hard sometimes.

Joey has been in nursery full time for nearly a month now and he seems to be enjoying it. Most of my determination to get a job was because Joey really needed to go to nursery to help his development. Time will tell whether we see any improvments in his speech etc and I'll be doing a separate post soon about how he's doing at the moment.

Hopefully it will get easier to juggle being at work, a mum and a wife.
